Accommodation can be reserved from the Registration Page via the JTB travel agency. First make your own account on the system, and then follow the instructions. The following hotels are available. You may be able to find other rooms by yourself. For example, you can visit booking.com.
Hotel F-cube Tenjin Higashi has been renamed to Hotel Hakata Place.

Cancellation policy of the accommodation (JTB travel agency)
In case of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees as shown below. JTB shall make the corresponding refund within the 7th day from the next day of cancellation.
