The scientific program of the conference will be held in the building Fukuoka International Congress Center which belongs to the foundation of the Fukuoka Convention Center and is located in the Fukuoka city. Fukuoka city is situated on the northern shore of the island Kyushu in Japan, and is about 900 km west from Tokyo and 500 km west from Kyoto.
